Located within the secure premises of Pakistan Coast Guard Headquarters, Karachi, committed to providing quality, accessible, and patient-centered healthcare services.
The hospital serves PCG troops, their dependents, as well as the general public — offering a wide range of medical services through its modern OPDs, 24/7 Emergency Department, ICU, NICU, operation theatres, gynecology and pediatric units, dental care, dermatology, diagnostics, radiology, pharmacy, and specialized healthcare facilities.
Supported by experienced doctors, trained nursing staff, strategic healthcare partners, and professional hospital management, the institution focuses on delivering safe, efficient, and compassionate healthcare under one roof.

PCG Hospital is currently undergoing a phased expansion and infrastructure development program. Two floors are operational and actively providing healthcare services while construction and development work on additional floors and specialized units progresses steadily.
The ongoing expansion includes advanced clinical departments, modern inpatient facilities, enhanced diagnostic and radiology services (Basement One), specialized operation theatres, additional private and semi-private patient rooms, and dedicated specialty centers including Eye Care, Orthopedics, Dermatology, Rehabilitation, and Aesthetic Medicine.
Future expansion plans include the establishment of a Medical & Healthcare Training Institute, advanced digital hospital management systems, and strategic healthcare partnerships to strengthen patient care and service delivery.

Our Story, Vision & Mission
The Pakistan Coast Guard Hospital – Managed by REACH was established seven years ago within the premises of the Pakistan Coast Guard Headquarters, Karachi, with the primary objective of providing healthcare services to Pakistan Coast Guard troops and their dependents.
Recognizing the growing need for accessible, quality, and specialized healthcare facilities, the Pakistan Coast Guard entered into a long-term strategic partnership with REACH (Reaching, Empowering, Accessing, Channelizing Human Resource). Under this joint venture agreement, REACH assumed the professional management and operational development of the hospital through a 30-year partnership arrangement, extendable for an additional 20 years.
As a result of the collaboration, the hospital has steadily expanded its facilities, medical services, diagnostic capabilities, and healthcare partnerships, emerging as a professionally managed healthcare institution focused on quality care, patient safety, and continuous growth.
REACH (Reaching, Empowering, Accessing, Channelizing Human Resource) is a professionally driven non-governmental organization committed to strengthening the sectors of education, healthcare, institutional development, and community empowerment across Pakistan.
With extensive experience in policy development, program implementation, training, monitoring & evaluation, research, institutional management, and capacity building, REACH has established itself as a credible and impact-oriented development organization.
Over the years, REACH has collaborated with leading public and private sector institutions including the Sindh Education & Literacy Department (SE&LD), PPP-NODE, The Citizen Foundation (TCF), JICA, Rural Development Foundation (RDF), SZABIST, and HANDS on diverse initiatives related to educational reform, healthcare support, professional development, institutional strengthening, and community welfare.
